I had the same problem and found out about a small program called CWShredder.exe that will remove it. I downloaded it and ran it and it stated that it removed it. Only time will tell if it worked. You can download it from: http://www.merijn.org/files/CWShredder.exe
I downloaded the free version of AVG anti virus and this scanned found and deleted the trojan. It resides in the comm.dll file. Hope this helps

Do only one thing: download the CW Shredder v 2.13 from intermute . It really does help. I have already been successful. Its easy and straight forward.
