You need virus protection like AVG. But if you already have viruses, it may not work, but I'd try anyway. If that won't work you may have to reboot your computer (I recommend doing this ONLY if the virus/worm is really hurting your PC). First turn off the computer. When you start the computer there should be a black screen, at the bottom there should be instructions telling you to hit one of the F buttons (ex F1 F2 F3). Hit which ever one it tells you to hit, and follow directions telling you what to do. NOTE: Computers get rebooted in different ways.
