On the 2008 Liberty there are one screw and one bolt that need to be removed. The Torx head screw is located in the bottom corner furthest from the door hinge behind a 1/2" diameter plastic cover. The bolt is located behind the pry off cover over the interior door release handle. This bolt head is 10mm. The door handle cover should be pried on the edge closest to the door hinge. You may see a small access point for this purpose. This cover has one push in type fastener near the edge. After the screw and bolt are removed, the entire panel should be raised upward to release the "hook" type holders. Just give the panel a rap with the palm of your hand upward from the bottom edge. Do not try to pry the panel off straight away from the frame you will damage the panel holders. The holders/fasteners are not push in type except for the release handle cover.
