Absolutely without a doubt, Clorox Disinfecting Wipes (bleach free). A few minutes of wiping and light rubbing using fingernail and it came right off. The super glue spot was not real thick but it should still do the trick for heavier spots too.

If it's really glass, then carefully lift it off with a very sharp pointed blade, craft knife or similar. If it's a plastic lens as some are, then you may have a problem. In that case, I would take it to a shop that makes lenses for advice.

That's almost impossible to do without destroying the lens. If it was mine, Id cut most of it off with a #11 medical scalpel, then use very fine abrasive polish to remove the final bit. -Very risky, but then, the lens is useless with it on anyway.

Try nail polish remover. That normally works

ANS 2 -Nail polish remover (which contains acetone) may damage acrylic lenses. I would use Goo Gone or soapy water on a rough rag.

Unfortunately this is not possible, as any solvent strong enough to remove the super glue would also melt the plastic. you can try nail polish remover

Apply nail polish remover using a q-tip. You may need to apply a slight rubbing motion.

Note: your lens may have a scratch resistant coating which may be affected by this process.
