Remove the caliper and the caliper mounting bracket. Next look closely at the center of the rotor around the wheel studs, some cars have a small countersunk Allen bolt as a safety here, if your car has it remove it. After that you just need to bang them off. They get corroded and can be very difficult to remove some times, just hit them with a big hammer, don't be afraid. This is hard to describe but you don't need to try to hammer the rotor off you only need to break it loose by swinging TOWARDS the vehicle and hitting it where the pads contact, keep hitting it at opposite sides. Have you ever removed the lug nuts off a car and had to slam the outer edge of the tire inward to break the frozen wheel loos? Well that's basically what you need to do with your hammer to the rotor, it shouldn't be too difficult, and the rotor is only bolted to the vehicle by the rim once the lug nuts are tightened down.
Remove the front wheels then the calipers and the rotors should slide off.
the front rotors on that car are pressed on and must be pressed off with a 1 ton machine press which ruins the bearings in order to do this you must remove the entire wheel assembly which requires a tool to remove the threaded studs from the ball joints after the assembley is removed the rotors may then be pressed off the bearings replaced and then the new rotor can be pressed on most automotive service centers have presses and some auto parts stores as well this is a very difficult job if you dont know what youre doing which i learned the hard way good luck
Remove the tires. Remove the two 17mm bolts holding the brake calipers over the rotor. Remove the two screws holding the rotors onto the spindle. you may need to use a hammer with that screwdriver because some tend to be too tight to break by hand. just reverse process to put on new one
Once you remove the brake caliper the rotor should just come off. It may be rusted on so you may need to hit it with a rubber hammer perpendicular to the rotor. Be careful to only hit the metal parts.
I had to beat my rotors off with a hammer because they were frozen onto the hub you have to remove the wheel and the caliper first. than with a little bit of help from a hammer it should come off. DO NOT DROP IT!!! Good luck!
Some of this may be obvious, take off the wheel, take the top and bottom bolts holding the caliper in place, the caliper will slide off towards the front of the car. The rotor should come right off!
You need to go to a car parts store, and get a repair manual for your car. They cost about $16.00 Or, go to a Public Library.

Tire and wheel from your 1995 Honda Passport. Remove the brake assembly. Tap on the rotor with a hammer or mallet to loosen it. Slide the rotor off.
torch and hammer those rotors rust to the hub almost permanently If the studs are going through the hub, and rotor, then you will have to thread the lug nuts on down to the top of the stud ends, and hammer them out. Then the rotor will separate from the hub.
