Both Snap-on and Westland make fuel line pliers. Good investment. Release the fuel pressure in the system by removing what looks like a valve stem cap on the fuel rail and gently depressing the valve you will find under it.Spray a good penetrating oil into both fuel filter fittings. Apply pliers into the groove where the filter and the fuel line meet Rotate the pliers and tap in the direction on the filter if necessary. Pull the line, repeat on the other end, then pull bolt that holds the filter.
