if its an automatic tentioner it will have a square hole in it that a 3/8 ratchet will fit in the square use a cheater pipe for leverage.but be careful not to pull any further than you need or get your fingers between the wheels and the belt the tentioner could break if you pull to hard and it will hurt if you get in its way
Use a breaker bar in the belt tensioner to relax tension and then remove/replace belt
