USING iPad, iPod, or iPhone: So far I've only found one way for that. You need the Facebook app for iPhone, Android or others like these. Then when you open your group chat with let say your phone you can see a Gear wheel or something like that in the upper right corner of the screen. Press it and it will open the options. It will also let you change how often (if at all) you'll get alerts from that chat. You can also change the picture of that chat if you wish to. That option is right next to the option to change the name of your chat.
