NOTE: I removed the battery to make the bulb replacement, although in retrospect if you had small hands you could probably skip this step.
PASSENGER SIDE REPLACEMENT: 1) Remove the small black plastic plate above the headlight and to the left of the battery. There are two replaceable pins that you can pull out. 2) The light assembly consists of three parts: the wired plug, rubber gasket, and bulb. Pull out the black wired plug. There are two small plastic tabs on either side of the black plug that must be squeezed together to free the plug from the prongs. You will see the three prongs of the bulb in the center of the gasket. Remove the gasket. 3) The bulb is held in place by tension of a small wire that hooks under the bulb mounting base. Looking down at the bulb this connects on the left side. Press down on the looped end of the wire and lift up. This will release the tension on the bulb and it can be removed. Make note of how this is done because you will be putting the new bulb in the same way. Also note orientation of the bulb so you can replace it the same way. 4) Replace the bulb and re-clip the tension wire. Slide the rubber gasket back onto the base of the bulb. 5) Line up plug slots with prongs on the light bulb and connect snugly. 6) Replace the black plastic plate from step #1 and replace the two pins.
DRIVER SIDE: THis is the same as above, except there is no plastic plate to remove.
