1 remove any screwed on pieces first from the panel 2 remove the panel (it should snap off) 3 you have to disconnect the wires to the window switch and the door switch. 4 you have to knock out the rivets that hold the motor and window holer frame to the inside of the door. you can do this by using a hole punch to knock out the center pin and then use a 1/4 drill bit to drill out the rest of the rivet. 5 remove the window from the frame (should just have to roll out the wheels from the window lip. 6 remove the whole frame and motor from the door. 7 use a smaller drill bit (forget witch size) and drive out the rivets holding the motor to the frame. (be carefull when you knock out the last rivet, the window frame are is tensioned and will snap down) 8 you can purchase a new motor for about $19.99 online and have it shipped ups ground to you. 9 replace the motor, put the frame back in the door, attached to window, put in the new rivets that come with the motor and your done!
