Bulbs are covered by the factory for Chrysler for 12 months or 12000 miles. If this 2004 does not qualify then to change the front bulb, remove the 2 screws that hold the lens in and pull the headlight housing out enough to reach behind and twist the bulb out. For the rear, open the trunk, remove all the plastic wing nuts, pull the lens out away from the body.
If the bulbs and fuse are good, replace the turn signal Flasher Relay.
OPen the trunk or hood, pull out the panel and replace the bulb... If that doesnt work, check your fuses

I have a turn signal light that keeps flashing regardless of the control arm position. I think that the problem is in the turn signal control relay but I don't know where it is located.
