You need to remove the left front tire and inner fender cover to see where the leak is. The problem may be a broken hose. I need to do this also in the next week or so on my 93 due to a large fluid leak and I can't see where it is because of the brake master system. Basically- the interior steering column must be removed from the fire wall and it's connections to the rack. Disconnect the tie rod ends, fluid lines, brackets holding it to the fire wall, and remove it out the left front wheel opening. I haven't done this before. I have a large and total blowout leak on my 93 and can't even see if it is the rack or the hoses because the brake system is in the way. If I get my the tire and inner cover off I will be able to see what leaking. I hope it is the hose. Your local library may have a Chevy/GMC automobile service manual tht will give you more helpful details. lol
