If you go to the 'phone lock settings', you can enter a new password to use instead of your old one. If it asks you to enter in the old password that you've forgotten, you need to go to the shop you got it from to get some professional advice.

∙ 10y agoIn order to have the phone lock code reset, one must contact the customer services department of their network operator. The advisor will be able to perform this reset and supply a replacement code.
