"아프다 - Apeuda" if you're in pain. "아픈 - Apeun" if you're describing being hurt, i.e., "my hurt heart"

or if it's very painful,

"고통스럽다 - Go-tong-seu-rup-da" if you're in pain. "고통스러운 - Go-tong-seu-ruh-oon" if you're describing something painful.
