It's like seeing it in your mind, along with the rest of your view. Though people can naturally simply be born with the ability, it can also be strengthened from what seems like nothing, even though it takes more effort than someone who already can. ive told my mom that i think what i am seeing is auras but i know she doesnt believe me. she thinks its a medical issue and im seeing "halos". im pretty sure what i am seeing is auras because if i were seeing halos then it would be aound everything, not just humans.
