Is your liner plastic? If so, you can cut it or hem it. To hem it, fold up to desired length and iron. Set iron on high and use wax or parchment paper as a press cloth. If you are hemming, you may want to consider trapping magnets in the hem to help the liner hang better and adhere to the side of the shower.
