If you mean your boss changed while on the same job, just put both their names for the same job and the entire date you were on that job. Especially if it's the same company, then all you have to put is the company name. And if you put who your supervisor was, just list the two names separate with the dates they were your supervisor. If they have questions you can answer them at the interview. Or you can put each job separatly like it was two different jobs. I would go with the first one, but it's an opinion thing.
