If your brava's idle is going hunting the ICV could need cleaned or replaced. It could however be indicative of more serious problems that I'm not confident enough to discuss. Have you tried resetting the ECU?Simply disconnect the battery overnight, then reconnect in the morning. drive normally for 100 miles after doing so as the ECu will be learning how you drive. If you boot it everywhere, it'll expect that all the time, and not perform great when you potter about slowly. the opposite applies if you drive in a 'grand-dad' fashio (sorry all the granddaddies out there! you know you rock really)

If your car is shaking while it is idling, it is most likely your automatic choke. The automatic choke is not operating correctly but if you remove the choke and put a lubricant on it, it should stop shaking.
It is the idling sensor on top of the intake
Try adjusting the idling speed - sounds like idling speed is too low so when you take your foot off the gas it can't idle (Tick over)
