How do you stop rashes from sand and salt water my young sons get a rash on their inner upper thighs when we go to the beach. Is there some cream I could use to prevent this?

Well there could be something in your water that comes through your shower head. With myself I am allergic to sulfa (sulfate, sulfite, sulfur..etc.) and a lot of water companies put sulfur based chemicals in their water.
