Divorce. You can't sue for infidelity. This probably won't work, but you could try getting a good lawyer and sue for "emotional damages," but why? Suing your spouse is only going to make them want to be with someone else even more. You need to work your marriage out face to face.

However, most states today have either abolished these statutes against adultery or will not prosecute people for this crime.
If you want to divorce your cheating husband because of his affairs, then adultery certainly gives your grounds to do so (if you live in a state that classifies divorce based on fault).
