There are a couple of ways to get the burnt taste out of spaghetti sauce. You can try placing a peeled raw potato into the pot of sauce. It usually works by absorbing the burnt taste. You could also try adding in some peanut butter or sugar.

Again the almighty raw potato comes in to play. Peel 1 - 2 large potatoes and add for 1/2 to 3/4 of an hour to absorb the burnt taste. You can also use a little sugar (to taste) to take the acrid burnt taste away.

Transfer the burned sauce into a new pot, being careful not to scrape the bottom. Then, place a piece of sliced bread (any kind) in the sauce, cover the pot with a lid, wait 5-10 minutes. Remove bread, taste and adjust seasonings.

Unfortunately, this cannot be done. You cannot remove or hide the acrid, burnt taste from food that's been burned. You need to dump it, clean all the little black carbon bits out of the bottom of the pan, clean it really thoroughly, and start again.
