Try to work it into the conversation gradually. Wait until the person brings up a topic related to languages, other countries, or travel. Then mention that you speak a particular language. When the other party acknowledges that, you can add "and I speak three others". You don't want to sound full of yourself or pretentious by just blurting it out, but don't let yourself be passed over because you couldn't find the right opportunity to reveal a valuable personality asset.

You could tell if someone hates you even though she is nice to you by checking to see if she would hang out with you and not ditch you. I speak from personal experience.
I don't believe Caucasians speak any other language but english or any european language. A caucasian can be a mix between a European ethnicity and "Indo-European". You can tell a little bit if a person is Caucasian by their curly or wavy hair and light or slightly tan skin. But its respectful to ask first. :)
