As much as it hurts, you have to be honest. You are going to continue to be unhappy and so is he if you continue in this path. Tell them the truth and even though it may hurt, it is what's for the best. If you continue to be unhappy, then it is going to show in your relationship and it is not only going to affect him, but also your son.
What do I do when my sons father hasn't been there for my sons in over 11 years and now wants custody?
no not by American laws anyway
No not unless you say you want him to in your will
One would assume the father has access rights and would figure out the child no longer resides with the mother. He will be notified that the child support will be going to a different receiver. see links below
His father told him before his death to secure the dynasty by having sons. Women were not to rule after Mathilda in the 1100s.

Well Sorry to say this it depends on whether keep the baby or not.' If you want to keep it then i suggest you tell him (only if he loves you and you love him if he is like your boyfriend) if you dont tell this boy then you child(if you keep it ) will ask you later on in life and wonder who their real father is.It is their right to know. It is really up to but i do suggest that you do tell the father.
Some fathers cannot get along with their sons due to being jealous of them. Both the father and the son may be with a strong personality and argue alot. The son might not want to respect the father anymore.
You should consult with an attorney. Your sons are their father's next of kin and are entitled to any property he owned in his own name. Perhaps an attorney could encourage their uncle to allow the sons access to their father's property. You may want to file a petition for administration. An administrator would have the legal authority to collect the decedent's property. The lawyer could review your situation and help you decide what your next step should be.
Be honest and tell her how you really feel. It is not fair to string people along. The best thing to do is to tell your girlfriend to her face that you no longer want to be with her.
