all wires run to the fuse box. if you have already checked the fuse you need a new lighter. i too had to replace mine recently.
LIke already said trace wires to the fuse box or take the wire out and replace that might be the problem also. it may not wven be the lighter
i have checked the fuse and it is good i am not able to use anything on it like phone charger.
