There are several free software you can use for contact backup and transfer.
For example, there is a software called WeChat, you can download it, sign up, then go to settings -- features -- contacts backup/restore. Then you can transfer contacts between smart phones (it also works for Windows phone).
Or if you have Microsoft Outlook installed on your computer, you can use Outlook to back up and transfer your contacts.

Activate Bluetooth on your Android device
1. Go to Settings> Wireless & networks> Bluetooth Settings
2. Check the box next to Bluetooth
3. Check the box next to Visible in order for the device to be detected by the BlackBerry.
Pair devices from your BlackBerry
1. From the BlackBerry home screen, click on: Options (wrench icon)> Networks and Connections> Bluetooth Connections.
2. Turn Bluetooth > On
3. In Paired Devices, click on Add a new device, then click on Search and your Android should be detected.
4. Select your Android device and click on Submit to prompt your device.
Transfer all your contacts via Bluetooth
- On your BlackBerry go to Paired devices now appears an select your Android phone.
- Press the BlackBerry button and select Transfer contacts
- Authorize the Bluetooth access on the Android device and wait for the transfer to be completed.
