Even though these networks are not compatible, there is a way to transfer the contacts, check out http://sim-reader.com.
The program is called SIM Manager, it is compatible with all types of SIM cards - 2G, 3G, R-UIM and Nextel. Once you read the data from one card, you can write it to any other supported card type.
Note that a Nextel phonebook entry has many properties (name, number, mobile number, email, etc), while GSM cards only have a name and a number - so naturally, some of your Nextel entries will be mapped to more than one GSM phonebook entries.
hi well you know the back of your cell phone were the battery is put well there is a small spot that has an ingraved pic of a sim card well you just slide your card right in there.:) hope i helped
You can go to a service center and have a sim to sim copy to transfer your contacts, or if you subscribe to a feature called Address book 5.00 month, you can download it to sprint.com and than upload it to your new phone.
I that happened you would probably have to call att and the could probably do something because I am pretty sure you can transfer money from accounts if yo call. Hope this helps!
Yes as long as the phone is att and has a sim card slot
I have been wondering this same question also. With my broken att goPhone I transferred the sim to a working RAZR v3 and an ATT Tilt. Niether of them worked as they both said no service. So the answer is NO.
Yes, provided your ATT phone is SIM unlocked.
Yes, you can flash a Verizon phone to ATT. However, you will also need to insert a Verizon SIM card into the ATT phone in order for it to properly work.
Yes, provided your ATT phone is SIM unlocked.
The sim card will only work in a different phone if the phone is ulocked, in not, no
Yes, it is possible though it depends on if your new mobile phone is on the same cell phone network, i have AT&T, which i like because it is one of the only networks that uses SIM, so if you take the SIM card out of your old phone (If you have ATT) you can put it in another phone and still be on the same plan without spending extra money on another phone. If you have crappy networks such as, verizon, Sprint, or boost.... your out of luck. Even if you don't have ATT it is still possible, you just visit the store you got it from and they will transfer your info.
An unlocked phone can accept the SIM card from any cell phone provider. If you have an ATT SIM card, you can use it in an unlocked phone. A locked phone is created by the provider to force the use of its service; an unlocked phone can take any SIM card.
yes
No, I've tried. You have to insert a special code. (3 tries and the phone locks down) You have to get another att phone.
No the phone should not have a problem with reding the sim card as long as the sony ericsson is unlocked josh
