Executing DOS commands in a Windows environment, you mean? It actually depends on the version of Windows you're running. But with the exception of Windows ME, almost everyone of them has the capability to execute DOS commands. Try using the "run" command from the START box and type "cmd". That ought to get you started.

you can convert a text to voice by using some softwares.search on google for that.You can also do it without software.just go to control panel in windows then go to sound,speech option then type your text and click preview.then you will hear your text.

You can just insert the installation and go to repair to fix the Master boot records by using the following commands. There will be a comand prompt as the last choice in repair. type bootrec/fixmbr
