In uTorrent select File>Create new torrent (Ctrl+N).
You will then see the Create new torrent screen.
At the top is the "source", that is the file(s) you wish to upload.
If it is one file, choose the "file" option.
If it is more than one file, it must be in a folder and choose "directory".
The next step is adding tracker(s).
If this is for a private site, you need to check their rules on uploading for the tracker info.
If this is for public sites, then here is a site that lists public trackers that require no registration:
http://www.trackon.org/
Web seeds - for most this should be left blank. This is a regular web server hosting the torrent.
You can add a comment if you wish.
Leave piece size to "auto detect".
If the torrent is for a private site, check "private". (This disables DHT & PEX)
If the torrent is for a public site, leave private unchecked.
Preserve file order - tells µTorrent to create the .torrent file with files and directories sorted by name, in ascending order. By default, µTorrent sorts files in the .torrent file by size, in descending order. (this is up to you).
"Start seeding" makes the torrent active immediately.
If the torrent is for a private site, you may have to download the torrent from the site and point the save path to your existing data, for the torrent to start seeding.
Click "create and save as" to set the location of the torrent file and the name.
You don't type it at all. Torrent files, as far as I know, cannot be passworded. The files inside a torrent though, can be passworded using programs such as WinRaR. You can download and use WinRar for free, and then you right-click on your folder, click 'add to (foldername).rar' and it will create a .rar folder for you which can then be passworded.
When you are finished downloading do not stop the torrent. You just need to have a full copy of the original files, and be connected to a tracker that hosts that torrent. If you want to upload or share a never-before-seen or new torrent, then you'll have to find a tracker to host/distribute your torrent. thepiratebay.org has free logins and then you can upload.
Torrent files are automatically seeded by the torrent client when you download them. Your torrent client also does an optional search for files already uploaded and if your data matches the hosted data on whatever torrent network, it seeds it. You can turn this search off in preferences. To seed means to upload or host certain parts of the torrent file to improve download speed.

The minute you upload a torrent, ( providing you have a tracker, or have uploaded to a site that has a tracker ) you are seeding. A seed is any person that has 100% of the file, and is uploading. All other downloaders are called leeches. When you upload a file yourself, you are the first and only seeder until someone reaches 100%

I'm pretty sure you are confused, torrent files are tiny files which only contain a description of other files. You'll need to open the torrent files with a client such as uTorrent.
If you're using UTorrent as your Bittorrent client, here's a way fews to speed up your downloads:- Make sure that the download limit and upload limit is set at unlimited for your torrent(s). You can check this by right-clicking a torrent and selecting 'Bandwidth allocation'- Right-click your torrent(s) and select 'Force start'.- Click on the torrent, then click the 'files' tab below. Select the files you're downloading and then right-click and select 'High priority'.----------To download torrent files (.torrent) from any website you first need a program that will let you download those files in that format. A very reliable torrent downloading software is Utorrent, which can be downloaded for free from:www.utorrent.com/download.php
a search engine for torrent files.
Add the files where your torrent saves files and then it will reseed again.
