How do you put your iTunes card on iTunes?

There is a Quick Links box in the top right corner of the iTunes Home page. In there is a Redeem link. Click on the Redeem link and then enter the card number into the box and click the Redeem button. Then in the top right hand corner it will have to the amount of what you bought.

Install the most recent version of iTunes onto your computer if you do not already have it.

Open iTunes and click on "iTunes Store" in the panel on the left side of the window.

Sign in to your iTunes Store account by clicking on "Sign In" in the upper right corner. If you do not have an account yet, you will be prompted to create one later.

Click on "Redeem" on the right side of the window.

Scratch off the coating on the back of your iTunes card then enter the 16-digit code in the box under "Redeem Code" and click "Redeem."

Then you can Download.

You open iTunes on your computer and log in to iTunes Store with your Account with your ID and password. Then you go to the purchase menu and enter the Card number from the iTunes gift card. The iTunes Store will credit your on-line account with the value of the Card. Now the card is no longer required.


The next time you go to the iTunes Store to purchase and download more songs, it will withdraw money from your credit.

look at the back of the card and there a bar that says scratch. Then scratch it with a coin and there will be letters and numbers. Next go to the itunes store. In the top right hand corner there is a list, at the top of the list it says redeem. CLICK on that and then type in the letters or numbers on the back of the card.

Depends if you are redeeming your gift card on your iPod/iphone on your computer. Either way go to the itunes story home page. On the bottom it should say redeem gift card. If it doesn't go to your account and in there you will find a button that allows you to redeem a gift card. After that follow the instructions and your gift card will be redeemed.

Sign in to itunes and on the right there is a redeem link. Type in the code under the scratch-off bit and your account will be credited with the amount.
