First, hold the bow with your recessive hand on the grip. place the flagged end of an arrows (the end with the feathers) M <--place this part right under both of the stoppers, with the sharper end of the arrow AWAY FROM YOU. take that end and place it on top of the curved indent, pointing straight from the other end. make sur your feet are shoulder-length arpart, with one behind you, one in front, pointing toward your target, that your recessive arm (the one you dont write with) is in a position that the opposide side of your elbow on the top is facing up, may feel uncomfortable but you know...but your wrist gripping the bow straight. the bow needs to be straight up and down, unless the arrow keeps falling out, just tilt it a little to prevent gravitational pull. put two fingers (index and middle) one ontop of the arrows, on on bottom. like your gonna pull it back, put your arm up (the one that holding the bow) up and straight forward, then the other arm; pull the string back carefully, while looking right at your target. pull your arm back, straight back, without your elbow going up or down, straight back!! look at your target, take a while to aim. if really depends on how tall you are and how far you pull back the string to know where exactly to aim (i aim a little down to the right) and pull it back until you still feel comfortable. make sur your recessive arm is not to close to the bow, or when you let go of the string, it wont scrape your arm when it shoots back. ok, so you pull the string back, aim, and let go with your dominant hand (the hand you write with) if the arrows is to high, try shooting lows, to much to the left, go to the right more, just keep trying until you find your perfect aim.
