I have a 2000 Dodge Neon, but I'm sure the application is the same. Go to the auto parts store and buy a brake light bulb. Then open the trunk and on the side it's out twist and pull out the light (it's hidden behind the trunk carpeting in mine, just pull the corner back). The bulb should pull straight out and the new one should push straight in. I recommend a little packet of bulb "grease" to lock out moisture. It's just a couple bucks more. Altogether it should be a ten minute job costing less then 10 bucks.
When it comes to all cars if a vibration is felt during braking you should check the front rotors for run out (uneven wear).Replace the rotors and pad. BMW doesnt recommend resurfacing.
Try Putting It Into Gear!!!!!
did u also check the autoshutdown and fuel pump relays?
if it doesnt shift into gears smoothly or at all. rev. is the first to go in most cases.
that nosie is the wheels locking up, this doesnt usually happen in modern cars as they have anti-lock brakes.
Replace the thermostat.
Turn the volume knob to the right. If that doesnt work then it isn't getting power. Check all connections and fuses.
Try Windex & a soft cloth if that doesnt do it Try Pam cooking spray, soft cloth of that doesnt work Try WD40 & soft cloth if that doesnt work, replace the board.
OPen the trunk or hood, pull out the panel and replace the bulb... If that doesnt work, check your fuses
ford doesnt have a ram pickup ram is dodge
Fuses, broken wire, failed PCM, failed gauge.
no it doesnt it has an auto shut down relay located under the hood. not a comon problem for them to go bad
