If your parents tell you not to do things such as wear shorts shorter than the middle of your thigh or not to let your boobs hang out then alter my advice. To flirt with a boy I recommend to walk in front of them very often for example if you are in the same class as your crush or have the same bus stop then get in line ahead of him. Also you can't be scared to talk to them you have let him know that you like him. Talk to him about things you know he likes or enjoys.
