If you did this for 1 month it would give you a total of 12 pounds!

Remember, eat healthy. Here's why you should choose fruits over chocolate or any other unhealthy snack.

Fruit give you so much more energy, they're low in calories, which means you could have 2 apples instead of 4 -5 pieces of chocolate. Fruit is way more filling. And it gives you more colour on your face, so you won't look tired or anything like that.

exercise 4-5 a week

dont eat junk food( soda,candy etc anything that involves alot fo sugar)

drink alot of water

meal plans: fish(do not fry any foods)fruits,veggies

30 mi cardio is the best

exercise, do things like running. Drink lots of water it helps clean out the bad toxins in your orgins. Cut out all sugar and pops. Snack on things like carrots and nuts. Don't eat out and try not to stress out about it. Weight is all relevant to height and bones so don't freak out if you feel huge. You are most likely not as large as you feel. Stay positive and you can do it!

Losing weight takes time, and most of the time if you are a teenage girl you should check your doctor before you decide to lose weight. But if you really want to lose weight make sure you put yourself on a healthy diet, as well as working out and/or getting 60 minutes of exercise each day.
