The adults will let the pups pounce on their swishing tail, then the pups will soon start playing tag, which will help them with the catching the prey. After that, they'll begin pouncing on small animals like lizards, mice and frogs. Soon they will improve enough to start hunting for real with the rest of the pack.

∙ 15y agoA wolf does many things to protect its young. When it is born it drinks its mothers milk. As it gets older the grownups will then regugarate fresh kill for them. The kids trigger this by placing their nose in their mouths. When they are old enough hey are then taught to hunt and survive. The kids ussually stay with their pack- even when they are grown
