Use an Oven Bag when roasting chicken, turkey or any type of roast.

Season as usual, add cut up raw vegetables, and seal the bag. Place into a cooking pan, and place in a preheated oven to cook. Set the timer.

Remove when timer goes off, open the bag carefully. There is steam inside and you do not want to burn yourself.

Remove the cooked food, place on a serving dish and toss away the bag. The oven bag helps keep foods juicy, and tasty inside, by not allowing it to escape. it also makes clean-up easy. Just toss the bag in the garbage, and enjoy your meal.
