I assume you Mean Heavy metal Music not heavy Metal like lead or Mercury. The Mith Busters tested this once using Beans. They had five groups of beans. One was a control one was Plaied a Cd of Abusive words, one group vas Played a Cd with Kind words, one was Played Clasical music and one was Played Heavy Metal. Al cds were plaied 24 houers a day non stop. The results were as follows. The Heavy Metal group Grew the Most followed by the Classical group Then came the kind and abusive words which were about the same and finaly the control grew the least. So there you have it Plants love heavy Metal or at the very least it makes them grow.

Some plants accumulate selenium, but it seems not to be essential to plant growth (see reference on side).

The effect of metals on plant pigments is negative. It interferes with the pigments that help them perform photosynthesis. This leads to issues with growth and can possibly cause death.

Yes, metal can affect plant growth. Some metals can inhibit healthy growth or cause toxicity in plants like lead and mercury.
