1. you shouldn't use an ink pen to make tattoos because the ink can cause a reall bad type of cancer.2. don't get upset about this cause its just my opinion (tattoos are not going to win you real friends)
The ink goes on to your skin then you will probably wash it off afterwards

I am not sure about ink poisoning but you do have a good chance of scoring an infection.

a pen has about 75% ink in it
