Because the TIGER SHARK is used to eating fish and when it eats plastic bags, cans and so on it does harm to there bodies. With oil spills Tiger sharks can get stuck in the middle of them and will eventually die! that is what effects the sharks with pollution! :)

It's true that pollution can affect great whites. However, pollution affects all living creatures whether they are in the water or not.

Imagine getting up in the morning, and all you have around you is garbage from the trash can, and not knowing its not food, you eat it. If its poison to your system, you may get sick. The same goes for our friends in the ocean.

The only threat which has recently emerged is the non-stop dumping of pollution in the seas which affect the Stingray's prey
