Edit: In the USA,when it is morning,it is night on the other side of the world(Russia,Australia,China,etc.).He delivers presents to Russia and others listed on our morning(USA,Canada,etc.).Half the world gets presents in USA morning and Asia Night,and the other half on Asia morning of the next day and USA night of the 24th.
