Your gains weight through "calories". If you are going to be on a diet, you should stick to a 1200 - 1500 calorie diet and daily exercises. Though currently I'm on the heavier side, I'm eating right with fruits, drinking plenty of water, eggs for breakfast and milk when I wake up. I also do daily exercises; run approximately 1 - 1&1/2 miles, one hundred crunches, and 75 jumping jacks. I haven't felt this good in a long time. You should also try and boost your metabolism. By doing this your body releases more excrements, you lose about 500 calories every time you poop, the more you poop the more weight you lose. You can boost your metabolism by drinking 6-8 glasses or 3-4 bottles of water a day. Cut down on sodas.
ful body weight
Proper diet and exercise can help a person lose weight and gain a bikini body.
You cannot gain weight by eating ice. Ice is water and water is used to hydrate the body. This may actually help you lose weight.
people gain weight when they eat less because your body thinks it is starving, your body converts your muscle into fat and it makes you feel weak and gain weight, however if you eat less for a long period of time you will lose weight
if your body fat is already low losing more weight is dangerous and can be deadly. your body needs fat. you need to gain weight not lose weight. remember muscle weights more than fat so if you must lose more weight be a little more lazier and lose muscle tone but in my opipion that is dumb
The fat percentage of your body will drastically decrease as you gain muscle weight and lose fat. You will gain weight overall, but it will be lean tissue, which is much healthier for your body than fatty tissue.
gain
It's safer than remaining overweight all the time, but it'd be better if you'd be able to maintain a more even body weight.I wouldn't... because then your body gets mixed up in the weight loss and weight gain, then it goes down hill from there. That is my opinion, you don't have to agree.
Gain, stupid.
It helps you lose fat weight and/or gain lean body mass
If you don't exercise, you lose body strength and probably will gain weight.
Yes. But you shouldn't do it, it is bad for your body. You will lose weight, but it drains your body's energy. As soon as you start eating regularly again, you will gain most of the weight back.
