The human body is extremely resilient, and can exercise in a variety of cimates and conditions.

That said, you should think of your body as an automobile--in the winter, it's going to take a little bit longer to warm up than it would in the summer, especially if you are exercising just after waking up.

Make sure to go through the proper steps to gradually warm up your body, and wear an appropriate amount of clothing. You should be able to tell if it is too cold to exercise outdoors during the winter.

Well when your body gets cold i mean very cold your body gets numb and your blood starts to function slower because the body doesn't have the warmth the body needs to function your blood but also when someone goes in a cold iced bathtub they are doing it for the swellingness on their body so if the body is not warmed up well it means it could lead to dead blood cells on certain parts of your body and that's not good.

Feeling extremely cold?

I don't understand this question, but if a person gets extremely cold and body drops to -86% somewhere along that number. It causes extreme cold, numbness, and if this happens your body might not be able to replenish. You may need a lot of heat to cure that
