There isn't much, if you are referring to European Spanish culture. But if its Mexican Culture you are referring to, then yes that is a big influence on American culture. There's also some Carribbean Spanish culture.
European
Spain, had occupied a lot of territories during the imperial age. The southern and western parts of North America were Spanish territory. Today, there is not much European Spanish embedded into American culture. However, one thing makes up for that; the sport of soccer. Soccer, is an extremely popular activity for Americans of all ages. Some American people of non-Hispanic descent even become professional soccer players. Little kids love to play soccer. Soccer, has not only gained popularity in America but basically throughout the entire world. Japan defeated the United States in a soccer match.
Mexican
What has made big contribution to American culture, is Mexican culture. Because, there are a lot of immigrants from Mexico in America. Mexicans and Mexican-Americans make a big population in the United States. Foods, such as tacos (flour tortilla), burritos, beans and nachos are all Tex-Mex food. Not actually Mexican. Cuisine from Mexico's interior contain a lot of seafoods and soups. Also, one of the most popular activities from Mexico is the pinata activity. Done during birthday parties, pinatas are as popular in America as in Mexico. About 1/2 of the people who do pinatas are non-Mexicans, or people with no sort of Mexican ancestry. Even Chinese, Koreans and Germans in America do pinatas.
Carribbean
Carribbean-Spanish culture, dominates a lot of the United States' southern costal areas. In Florida, there are a lot of Cuban restaurants. Because there are a lot of Cuban-Americans and Cubans, who immigrated to escape Fidel Castro's wrath. Puerto Ricans, also make up big population with Mexicans. In New York City, ethnic Puerto Ricans make up one of the biggest Hispanic populations. Florida's culture bears much Cuban and Puerto Rican influence. A lot of people from Texas and Florida speak Spanish.
