War has changed the English language by the English soilders invading a different country and the two languages’s getting mixed together and it’s very confusing! They do this because, they don’t want the other country that they are invading to know their plan and maybe what their talking about in general life.

The short answer is NO. English was a dominant world language before the US became an economic power, thanks to the British Empire, where English came into widespread use in countries like India which had a plethora of native languages. That is not to say that the US influence is not important. The internet is extremely important in the spread of the use of English, and Hollywood was important way back in the 1930s and still is. The economic power of the US did not encourage world bodies such as that controlling aviation to adopt English, but a recognition of the obvious.
