The United States is prepared for any foreseeable and unforeseeable events and/or threats. The ISIS is not a real state and has no friends in any part of the world. Even Kim Jung Un has said he wont be their friend. And he is friendless! Basically, in summation, ISIS is not a real threat, except to its neighbors.
