No. However, some of the incidents from the Pentateuch is written in the Quran. Many of the accounts from the Bible that was incorporated in the Quran does not agree with Biblical accounts. A recent discovery of the Pentateuch (The DEAD SEA SCROLLS) indicate that the Bible is intact in its message at least from 2nd Century BC (Before Christ). Quran was written around 8th Century AD (After Christ), about 900 years later.
The Pentateuch has been traditionally attributed to Moses, but there is nothing to say that Moses ever claimed to have written it. Scholars say that the Pentateuch was written many centuries after the time of Moses, if he even really lived.
