Human beings ARE primates--our hands thus share many characteristics with non-human primates. All primates have five digits, opposable thumbs and nails instead of claws (except for callitricids and some prosimians, who have revolved claws on some digits).

Since humans are classified as Primates the question could be considered to be faulty - however, it is fairly clear that what was probably intended was to ask about similarities between human anatomy and the anatomy of OTHER primates.

Speaking in generic terms we both have opposable thumbs. We also have that extra layer of fat on the side of our palms. We both live in groups with a hierarchical structure. We both have minimal facial hair allowing us to communicate with each other through facial expressions. Several facial muscles allow this to occur.
