First, how old are you? second, why are you asking how to use conditioner? third, put it in your hair, leave in for about 2 minutes then washout
My favorite is any Leave in Conditioner from the Loreal Sulfate-Free line of products. It leaves my hair really silky and it's only a few dollars.
because if you leave it out it will rot and turn brown
Depends on the bleach, how much colour is on the hair etc. Probably around 40 minutes, you will probably need to tone the highlights and you'll DEFINITELY need to keep checking. For a caramel you should lift your hair to an orange-yellow colour, then tone.
Well, it depends on the shades you get. If I had red hair I would just leave it alone because it is gorgeous. But, if you are going to this I would say that the blond highlights would look great and maybe soften some of the red/ Orange tones is it. But, be very careful with the browns. FYI, ash colours cut out any red colours whatsoever. so that's why i caution you about the brown. but maybe some darker golden colours or maybe light caramel colours would look nice.
The best way to make icing sugar hard is simply to leave it out. Within hours the air exposed frosting will harden.
