There is nothing wrong with eating ice, though if you ate a very large amount you would likely get a very sore throat and perhaps some head pain from the extreme cold in the back of your throat and esophagus (the dreaded slurpee tumour, which is not a tumour, but a sharp pain in the head from eating too much of something cold very quickly). This is also sometimes called "brainfreeze" or "ice cream headache." Doctors refer to it as "cold-stimulus headache." This is not harmful, though, just quite unpleasant.
Ice is made of water, of course, and it is possible to overdose on water. But you have to drink a lot of it (gallons) and it would be very hard to consume this much ice.
Some diet specialists promote drinking lots of ice cold water with plenty of ice as a weight loss tactic: the idea is that your body has to burn calories to warm up your body to offset very cold liquids in the stomach.
There is some suggestion that eating too much ice can lead to anemia but that is not well supported as near as I can find.
As a general rule, eating too much of anything is bad for you, so if you find you are eating the same thing day after day, all day, you should consider cutting back.
I find it easy to eat cake and ice cream while training.

Use ice for about an hour if it really hurts. If it doesn't hurt, don't put ice on it. It'll heal on its own.
You can eat rock salt but it is in a crude form. It won't hurt you and is generally used to make ice cream and to melt ice on sidewalks.
They eat ice cream. Trust me, I've seen it before!
It is possible to hurt after ice skating, but it is not likely.
Put cold ice, or warm water, and it will hurt less whe you pluck. Enjoy! and hope this helps/
Your ankles may hurt because you were standing for too long. Try resting them and putting them on ice.
I don't know what kind of a question this is, but sure, I've done that before, its fun.
Depends. If you are only eating ice and not much liquids you could die from dehydration. As you eat ice your body has to heat it up and that will take up some of your water in your body.
No, it will probably only make it hurt more.
