7 to 9 minutes depending on the size of the chicken breast. (I've only ever cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast) Also, the juices should run clear and the breast should "bounce back" when pressed with finger. If it leaves a little depressed area it still needs cooking.

Thick breasts will take around 5-8 minutes. Small "stirfry" pieces will only take about 2 minutes.
