This is a difficult question. You could be asking three different things and the answers for each varies for each person. If you are asking:

"How long do boys and men experience wet dreams during their lives?" Then the answer can be as long as "from age of puberty (11-17) until death" and those numbers can vary a lot - to "never" if someone never gets a wet dream. Although most wet dreams happen during puberty, not everyone who is a teenager gets one, especially if they masturbate, and you can get them once you are over 20, but it is more rare.

If you are asking: "how long does the DREAM ITSELF last?" Then that answer can also vary from a few seconds to an hour. Dreams happen during REM sleep and so even the ones that seem to last hours are rarely over 30-60 minutes, which means time is distorted which complicates things.
